Double Beech

November at the eastern end of Savernake Forest (which is dominated by beech trees) means colour: fabulous, incredible, colour. This piece shows two adjacent beech limbs (I think they were from the same tree) reaching for the sky, alomst impossibly blue behind the vivid reds, oranges and yellows of the halo of turning leaves.
